Answers you can check
Every figure the CFO Analyst gives comes from your own data, with its source shown. An answer it cannot support is not shown at all.
Reports that do not move
A saved report keeps the figures it was built from. Re-open it in a year and it reads exactly as it did the day you saved it.
Your company stands alone
Each company's records are separated from every other company's, and every change leaves a record.
Financial overview
Your business in one view.
Four figures answer most of the questions an owner actually has. MirageCFO keeps them current, side by side with the period before.
- Money in, money out
- Every amount that arrived and every amount that left, for the period you choose — with the previous period beside it. Each company reports in one base currency.
- Profit and cash movement
- What the business earned, and how much cash actually moved. Two different questions, answered separately.
- Where spending goes
- Spending grouped by category, with each category's share, so the largest costs are impossible to miss.
- A figure that cannot be computed stays empty
- If there is not enough data, MirageCFO says so. It never shows a zero that is really an absence.
AI CFO
Ask about your money. Get an answer you can check.
Ask how the month went, where the spending goes, or how this period compares with the last. The answer is written from your own figures, and it shows you which ones it used.
- Every amount is checked against your data before you see it.
- If a question cannot be answered from your figures, MirageCFO says so instead of guessing.
- Questions that need advice — hiring, borrowing, tax — are declined, not improvised.
Included from the day you sign up, within your trial and its daily limits.

Your data
Bring in a file. Nothing is saved until you say so.
Upload a CSV and MirageCFO shows you exactly what it will import — categorised, and with anything you have imported before already set aside. You confirm, and only then does anything change.
- Preview every row before a single one is written.
- Rows imported before are found and left out, so figures never double.
- Categories applied by your rules and past choices, without an AI guessing.
- Search, correct and re-categorise any transaction later.

Worldwide
Built for wherever your business is.

- Every company, its own currency
- You choose the currency each company reports in. Nothing is assumed from where you are.
- Every company, its own clock
- Each company keeps its own timezone, so a day closes when it closes for that business.
- More than one business, one account
- Run several companies from a single account, and give each person the access their role needs.
- English and Albanian
- The interface and your exports are available in English and Albanian.

Who it is for
Built for owner-run businesses.
MirageCFO starts you with a ready set of categories — a hospitality-specific one for hotels, a general one for everyone else — and you shape it from there.
Your dashboard also leads with the figures that matter most for your kind of business — a hotel sees cash movement right after revenue, a software company sees profit first. The figures themselves never change; only their order does.

- Restaurants & cafés
- SaaS & software
- Agencies & studios
- E-commerce
- Retail
- Property management
- Service businesses
Financial trust
An AI that is not allowed to invent a number.
A financial tool is only worth having if you can trust what it tells you. These are the rules MirageCFO is built on — enforced by the system, not by good intentions.
- The numbers come from your data
- Every figure is calculated by MirageCFO's financial engine from the transactions you provide. The AI reads those figures — it never produces its own.
- An answer without support is not shown
- Before any explanation reaches you, every amount and percentage in it is checked back against your figures. If one does not match, the whole answer is withheld.
- A saved report never changes
- Reports keep the figures they were built from. Import more history later and July still reads exactly as it did the day you saved it.
- Your company stands alone
- Each company's data is separated at the database level, not merely filtered in the application. Your figures are not visible to anyone outside your company.
- Every change leaves a record
- Financial edits are written together with who made them and when. Nothing is deleted outright — removals stay recoverable.
- Your data is not the product
- Your figures are used to answer your questions. They are not sold, and they are not shared with other companies.
Know where your business stands.
Set up your company, bring in your figures, and see where the month actually stands.
When the trial ends you keep everything. Your reports, history and exports stay readable — only new work pauses. Nothing is charged: paid plans are not on sale yet.
